Every keepsake is made to order. Here is exactly how long that takes and what it costs.

Cost
- Flat $8 shipping per order, anywhere in the United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $120.
- Prices shown on each product page already include personalization and the digital proof.
Where we ship
Every keepsake is produced and shipped from within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only — we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships. You can also look up an order status with its order number on the Track Order page.
Multiple items in one order
Pieces in the same order are produced together where possible and normally ship in one parcel. If a piece needs to ship separately — a framed print and a mug, for example — you are not charged shipping twice.
Ordering for a specific date?
Birthdays, anniversaries and memorials often have a date attached, and we would rather be honest than optimistic. Add the extra buffer for the proof step, and if your date is tight, email hello@pinmymoment.com before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether it will arrive in time.
