What the stages mean. Order Received — we have your order and your memory is safe. Digital Proof — we are designing it. You will get a proof within 24 hours. Your Approval — waiting on you. Nothing is made until you say yes. Production — approved, and being made to order (2–4 business days). Shipped — on its way with tracking (3–5 business days across the US). Delivered — it is with you.
