1. Who we are

PinMyMoment designs and produces personalized keepsakes from photographs, children's artwork and other memories you provide. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include personalization and the digital proof. Shipping is a flat $8 within the US, free on orders over $120. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a photo that cannot print acceptably, for example — we will tell you and refund it in full.

3. The digital proof

Every personalized order includes a digital proof showing the finished design. It is sent within 24 hours of ordering. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. Production does not begin until you approve the proof.

Because you approve the design before production, the approved proof defines what we are obligated to deliver. If the finished piece does not match the approved proof, see our Return Policy — we will reprint or refund.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photographs, artwork and text you upload. By uploading them you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to design, produce, proof and (if necessary) reprint your order.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. Please do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

5. Production and shipping

• Production: 2–4 business days after proof approval.
• Transit within the US: 3–5 business days, tracked.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

These windows are our normal practice, not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. If you have a fixed date, tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

6. Returns and refunds

The 30-day happiness promise and the treatment of personalized items are set out in the Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to order content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to breach this section, and will refund it.

8. Disclaimers

Colours, textures and finishes can look slightly different on screen than in print, and handmade and natural materials vary. Reasonable variation of this kind is not a defect. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided without additional warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, the cost of a gift that arrived later than a date you had in mind.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
