Good questions, honest answers

Clear, well-lit photos always win — natural light near a window is perfect. For your child's drawings, photograph the artwork straight-on in even light. We'll handle the rest.
No — the original strokes stay exactly as they were. We only straighten the crop and even out the lighting; your child's lines are never redrawn. You'll see it in the proof before anything prints.
Yes — and we're upfront about it. Our AI design assistant adjusts your photo right on the product page: tell it things like "make it black & white", "warmer & cozy" or "zoom to center" and it applies the change to your preview instantly. Your uploaded original is always preserved with your order either way.
You approve a digital proof first. Depending on your checkout choice, you either pay securely at checkout via Stripe, or receive a payment link with your proof — nothing is charged until you've seen the design.
Our 30-day happiness promise: if your keepsake arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, we remake it free. No forms, no fuss.
